The app lets you send and track letters and parcels sent with PostNord.

Good app, easy to use
Don't work without gps location. Support closes afternoon. Why do you need gps when the box also wants bluetooth to open. I can't be more than 5m away with bluetooth.

Eftersom leveransen blir en extra dag försenad när man väljer hemleverans. SVAR: Nja, när jag väljer hemleverans så förväntar jag mig att den kommer så snabbt som möjligt, men eftersom ni har valt till att man i appen plötsligt skall välja när man vill ha leveransen, så blir det fördröjt p.g.a. appen eftersom det inte går att välja leveransdag innan paketet kommit för utkörning på sista postterminalen.
Useless it doesn't even give a time for arrival of package, can't recommend it
Apps is fine by itself, but the service and customer service is bad. I got broken package. It was already OPENED and the content was DAMAGED. Tried to call, ended up waiting 30 minutes, no response, called again and lost patience after another 30 minutes of waiting. Emailed and complaint about it, after one month of back and forth they decided thats its the packaging. My question is whether any one in the world have received broken IPhone in iPhone box, boxed in another box with bubble wrapped ?
PostNord ger ingen detaljerad info. var paketet är eller när det kommer. Ibland finns ett datum som försvinner utan förklaring. Ringer man eller skriver, vet ofta kundservice inte mer än en själv. Ibland ingen avisering trots att paketet kommit och avisering är påslagen.
